Hot Artichoke Dip (EASY)

I grew up being a strange little child for the times. While every other kid I knew liked Hot Dogs and Mac and Cheese, I wanted a Margarita Pizza with Artichoke Hearts topped on it with fresh Feta Cheese. So naturally, I would love Artichoke Dip. Some things never change.

1 Package of Cream Cheese (one up me and make your own cream cheese)
14oz Organic Artichoke Hearts, Drained and Chopped
1/2 Cup of Mayo (Make it yourself, its easy)
1/2 Cup of Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Clove of Garlic
Pinch of Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Fresh Dried Dill

Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer on medium, until well blended. Scoop into a 9-inch pie pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 350° or until lightly browned

Serve with Pita Bread, Pita Chips or your favorite chip.
